Host School Partners

Horizons Savannah proudly partners with three Savannah-area schools, who provide in-kind space and resources to our program. Each of our Horizons sites is unique and deeply connected to their partner school community.

These partnerships, along with the support of corporate sponsors and individual donors, enable us to serve students from virtually every public school in Chatham County and even some in the surrounding counties.
